What if you completely loose your head, have a crush...I can say it: you fall in love with your back vocalist, you clearly see that he/she don't give absolutely a f**k about ya other than singing lessons and warmin' up before startin' a gig.
And if, always hypothetical, you think about him/her every single miserable minute of your day, when you see his/her face everywhere on a blank wall.

But I think you have first to think what´s more important, the band or your back vocalist. Because I know that whatever it happens, as long as something happens it will never be the same. I´m not saying it will be worse, it can be even better, but you never know. So first you must be sure of what you want, and then if you are, try to make her notice your feelings.

Hypothetically speakin':

You have a Band.
What if you completely loose your head, have a crush...I can say it: you fall in love with your back vocalist, you clearly see that he/she don't give absolutely a f**k about ya other than singing lessons and warmin' up before startin' a gig.
And if, always hypothetical, you think about him/her every single miserable minute of your day, when you see his/her face everywhere on a blank wall.
Not mentioning that you're a shy and romantic kind of guy/girl.
In that case, what will you do? You tell him/her or you let time made his own way and see how it goes on?


Of course this is hypothetical.

My opinion –HE should do smth very romantic to show his feelings and tell everything :-) THEN - to WATCH carefully for her reaction. Hope for best, Wait for worst. and of course – to be strong….(mayb She has noticed already His affection, but doesn’t like Him…). ….He should try to give his friendship and understanding, first. And not to be offended, if rejected. This is life. If you can’t be lovers, be good friends. Not to impose too much himself on Her. :-)
